I stumbled upon this gentleman on IG. He’s a deep feeler and thinker. He shares his love of nature in his white river rafting trips. He helps people to brave and achieve. He also has a tender heart. He wrote this poem which I thought was sweet, called

Our words are so important! Be the uplifter to yourself and others! We all need that!
He also shared that there is a beautiful truth. When you give money or food, the the nature of the gift, you have less. But this is not true with love. Because in love it is always a Sharing. I loved this!
